The Japan Embassy in the Philippines today released the new schedule of consular fees from July 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027 indicating that the visa fee for Philippine nationals remain gratis or free of charge. This is applicable to visa for temporary visits that include tourism, visiting relatives or friends, business and conference.

This update officially confirmed that no changes are expected for Filipino tourists from July 1st in regards the increase on visa fees by the Japanese government.
